Miranda studied fashion graphics in Bologna and fashion design in Trier, but her career began even before she left school. Back then, the designer created accessories for her classmates – the glittering merchandise was traded mainly in the girls’ restrooms. Today, sixty single-brand stores sell her collections and her jewelry also appears with her fashion on the catwalk. Miranda Konstantinidou has transformed her passion into a business but one thing has not changed: her lunch money is not a priority. A small manufacturing facility in the Philippines, months spent searching for the right materials to create ever-new combinations and small production runs of hand-crafted pieces – dedication and absolute passion triumph over profit for this designer.
